The following clippings are taken from the Will of Francis Bowen Merchant of Prendergast, Pembrokeshire 1769

not sure of the first two queries . . . . .
You sort of get the meaning with out the word don't you.
During the term of her natural life without 'impoath . . . ' (Could it be 'impartiality' - or Impediment or imposition?- doesn't look like any of those but seems to be what he is implying.)
Someone will come along with better knowledge and they will KNOW!!)
the third could be
or 'waste' (as in money leaking away??) :-\
or other 'sooner' (or 'soever' possibly) determination of her estate, 'then' to my nephew
Not at all sure about this but trying - very trying some say! ;)
