Title: BAPTISM LOOKUP - Rebecca LINNELL or WHITLOCK 1811

Could anyone tell me if there is a baptismal entry Rebecca LINNELL or Rebecca WHITLOCK born 11 Sept 1811, probably baptised at Silverstone or Whittlebury.

Sorry for vagueness - she was married as Rebecca WHITLOCK but her father is given as William LINNELL on her death certificate (in the USA) and I'm having problems tracking her down!

Hi,

There's Rebecca d Ruth Whitlock, baseborn, born 21 Sep 1811, bap Oct 20 1811 in the Whittlebury PR.

Silverstone was still part of Whittlebury at that date.

Many thanks, PrawnCocktail.  I would guess that her mother told her that William Linnell was her father.  I'm trying to follow a DNA trail - and this makes excellent sense.
