After a long gap I am trying again to follow this family and I am not having any success but a lot of confusion.
I am trying to trace the seven children of Edward and Elizabeth Jane WILSON nee RICE.
From the 1901 and 1911 census I know that they have the following children:
Isabel Elizabeth WILSON - born 1892 Chelsea, London
Kathleen Grace WILSON - born 1895 Strand, London
Edward William WILSON - born 1896 Strand, London
Lucy Margaret WILSON - born 1898 Strand, London
Phoebe Rose WILSON - born 1899 Strand, London died 1899
Walter John WILSON - born 1901 Strand, London
Annie Louisa WILSON - born 1903 Strand, London
In 1901 they are living at Great Wild Street, London and in 1911 they are living in 25 and 26 Alpha Square Walworth Rd.
Their father Edward WILSON has added the initial S to his name and on each census he gives a different occupation. According to his baptism, his birth date is 11 August 1865 and that he was born in Deptford, Kent, England.
Their mother Elizabeth Jane according to her baptism, her birth date is 30 March 1871 and that she was born in Woolwich, Kent, England.
I have no death dates for any of the family except the infant Phoebe.
Did the family stay in the London area?
I have not been able to find any marriages that seem to fit for the daughters and the sons seem to disappear. I have looked to see if they died in the War but with the surname WILSON I end up just confused. :(
Any help and suggestions on where to look next would be most appreciated.

That Lucy was daughter of Mr & Mrs H Wilson of Westfield Cottages, Kingsdown - brothers Jack, Ted & Sidney. I'd looked at that one too

Edward Wilson father appears in the 1939 register (at least someone of the same name and exact birthdate does) but now married to a Sarah (A) born 1879. Both living Southwark and no one else in household.
Prob need to follow up on death of Elizabeth Jane.

There is a Dec 1936 marriage in Southwark to a Sarah A Wright/Raidt which might fit.

Thank you all for the replies.
Query then that Elizabeth Jane WILSON 's death is in the first quarter 1934, Camberwell, 1d, 995 aged 62 is the correct death registration for my Elizabeth Jane WILSON.
Just re-looked at my notes on the 1911 census and I have just realized that Isabel and Edward are not at home with the rest of the family. So no sorry, I have not found them.

Possible death for Isabel Wilson age 18 in 1910 Fulham, London born 1892
You can discount the above death as only 1 of the 7 children born to Edward & Elizabeth had died by 1911 and as you have stated that was Phoebe.

Isabel E Wilson birthdate 16/06/1892 admitted 16/05/1905 left 01/09/1906
Both girls previous school Drury Lane
Both came from Beckford Place
Reason for leaving for both of them "exempt" don't know what that means
As appoint of interest on the official government BMD Lucy is spelt Lucie

Presume, as they had each reached the age of 14, exempt means that they were exempt from further education.

Isabel E's birth was reg December qtr 1892 and Kathleens was reg March qtr 1895 :)

In Kathleen's case it would have been the next year as well

They were both born towards the end of the quarter that they were born in so they most likely were registered in the following quarter, this happened with my mother

Isabels date of birth from the school entry was 16/06/1892 so should have been registered June or September qtr. It is possibly the school record that is wrong, the December reg is probably ok

Looks like that she married in 1921 Southwalk, Surrey to Arthur Benjamin Spires.
Phoebe Rose WILSON - born 1899 Strand, London died 1899 as infant.
Walter John WILSON - born 1901 Strand, London last seen in 1911 census with parents.
Query his death is in 1965 in December quarter Lambeth 5d 28 aged 64.
Annie Louisa WILSON - born 1903 Strand, London last seen in 1911 census with parents.
May be she married about 1928 to ESCOTT but unsure.
I am having trouble finding the death for Edward WILSON born in 1865 and his second wife Sarah Ann WILSON born in 1879.

Perhaps you should check the 1939 register for this couple -free search gives a possible match

Yes I have discounted this marriage as this Isabel Elizabeth WILSON is born in 1882. When I went to the library the 1911 census had her as born in 1882 in Westminster London.
I thought that ten years out in age would mean that this is the wrong Isabel. :( :-\
