Looking for any on these 2 . I have there son George born 1819 in Paisley and saw his Poor Relief claim in the Paisley Library after he died in the Poorhouse. States his father was a coal miner but i cant find anything else after that .

If neither John or Elizabeth show up on the 1841 census - have you looked for deaths on Scotlands People?
