I would love to find any ancestor's of my inlaws late mother Maria Hughes passed away 08/03/16

You need to give a lot more information than just her name and birthplace
When was she born?
Who did she marry and when?
Can you confirm her surname - Hugh or Hughes

So sorry I'm in between asking deseased - daughter's husband and he's as useless as me 😳 He's trying to do this sort of on the sneak! As she always wanted to know the history - so he's going to find out off another family member - so I can update the post and it could be Maria it hard for me to understand his accent on the phone. Oh gosh I should defiantly write everything down before I post 🙄 Again "sorry" x

Don't worry about it Julz, it can be hard to understand someone who has a pronounced accent.
William and Helena are on the 1939 with two children. If you can access it yourself, have a look, it shows a child who I think was a Riley before taking the name Hughes.

Also at the same address is a Helena Riley born 1880, possible the grandmother of Maria.

William and Helena are on the 1939 with two children. If you can access it yourself, have a look, it shows a child who I think was a Riley before taking the name Hughes.
hi Hun yes he has just confirmed after a while of spelling the name Maria to me 😬That's correct and Riley is a 💯 so that would make that his wife's great grandma 👵🏼 thank you so much 😊 💞

Below is another Hughes/Riley birth for Liverpool S. up to 1945
Births Sep 1939
Hughes Michael Riley Liverpool S. 8b 113
There are another four births registered but as these people may still be alive I won't put them here. However if you go on the free bmd website, choose births, enter Hughes and Riley for mnn, put in years 1936 to 1945 and Liverpool South, the other births will appear.
I did the same for Liverpool North and came up with four births one of which is Maria's.
I don't know how many of these births will be siblings of Maria's.

it looks like they move to Liverpool South - but there is a Scotland Road website for people who are interested in that area

1939 registers don't give information of where person is born. This was the regerster taken at the start of the Second World War.

that's the one Girl Guide - the other Helena Riley looked too early to me ie 1900 meaning she was 38 when she married - so I am plumping for the 1915 as well ...22 when she married - looks more likely :)

We are going to visit today sorry for late reply I know ***** Hogan’s mother : Maria Hogan born 20/10/1943 : Died : 08/03/2016 So assuming *** Hogans father was called Anthony is that correct?

I think you need to sit down and make a note of all the births and marriages that you have found and put them in family and date order.
Buying certificates is the only way to verify that what you have found is correct. Otherwise you will just get yourself into a muddle over who goes where.

Hi again and yes there is a death last year of an Anthony who I think he was 30 ish and also Anthony senior also named his son Anthony Hun

Hmm, not seeing any Anthony with a mother's maiden name that bears any similarity to the name of Sarsfield.
Where was the 1942 Anthony Hogan born? It would help to narrow down the possibilities.
Has this Anthony died and if so do you know when and where?
