Where can I find the records of a court case which took place in 1965/6. Not the verdict, the actual verbatim notes.

Because this is over 25 years ago, you have to the NRS https://www.nrscotland.gov.uk

Depending upon which level of Court dealt with the case there is a closure period of up to 100 years on court records. In addition to this many of the routine cases are "weeded" out before being handed over to the NRS (although what cases are considered routine I've never managed to find out.)
