Hi
I'm trying to find out about Malcolm M Morrison, who died 16 Feb 1961 in a motor accident and is buried in Cyprus.
Can anyone help

FindMyPast has a death registration that fits those details; British Nationals Armed Forces death. A copy of the certificate can be bought from the GRO, cost £9.25.
His service record will be with the MOD, you can apply for a copy which costs £30.

Let me know if you find out exactly where he was buried.

Possibly the British Military Cemetery Larnaca, Wayne's Keep Nicosia, or there are military graves in Kyrenia and others. Itwould depend where he was stationed.
Update,
Cyprus is quite well covered by Find a Grave, I cannot see him on there.

Do you know for sure that he was not repatriated?
I knew of a situation where two members of the military were killed in a motor accident. The inquest was held where they died and certificates issued but at the request of the families they were returned to the uk for burial. One returned to his family area and the other to near where his widow would be living.
Just a thought.

RAF Ayios Nikoloas (St Nicholas) is near the army base of Dhekalia in the Larnaca area. He may have lived on the Dhekalia army base. Dhekalia is between Larnaca and Ayia Napa (St Napa (female))
