A Catherine Cuerdon was buried 10 Oct 1851 St Thomas the Martyr, Upholland.
She is recorded as aged 78 (1773).
I've failed to find her in 1841 or 1851. Any pointers appreciated.

Both LancashireBMD and FreeBMD have her down as Cureden ;D
LancashireBMD says she is 73, but could be a mistranscription.
As does the GRO Index Search.
CUREDEN, CATHERINE 73

Thanks emeltom.
I've got most of the info from the early days.
There is a Jane Cureden - boy, have I had problems with that Name ::) - born to Robert in 1812.
John Pennington married Jane in 1850. Jane's father is recorded as Robert.
