Title: Stanley Esau: Locating birth records in St Helena

I am a South African and am trying to obtain a copy of my grandfather, Stanley Esau (born in St Helena in 1915 and died in South Africa in November 1943).  He was a fireman on the De La Salle which was torpedoed in 1943.

Stanley Esau was born around 1915. He died on November 19, 1943 at age 28. He was buried in Durban (stellawood) Cemetery Block J. Grave 70., South Africa.

Thanks very much but I have uncovered all that information. My challenge has been to locate / contact an organisartion that can assist me with obtaining a copy of his birth certificate.  I have sent an email off to the St Helena Archives and hoping for a response.  Thanks again and much appreciated
