Title: Reformed Presbyterian Church - Chirnside (Foulden) 1800-1819
Post by: USCRx on Friday 20 October 17 23:25 BST (UK)
My ancestors are described as "godly parents connected with the Reformed Presbyterian Church." They lived in the Foulden area from 1800-1819. My best guess is that they worshiped with the Reformed Presbyterian congregation in Chirnside during this time. Would my "best guess" be correct, or could there have been another "reformed" congregation close to Foulden? Also, does anyone have any idea if the records from the Reformed Presbyterian Church in Chirnside are available from that time period (1800-1819), in addition to the time period from 1780-1800?

Get in touch with the Borders Family History Society - they are currently producing a CD of the MI's and usual include additional info about the church, etc

According to  Genuk the LDS at Family Search have some of the Chirnside RPCS records although the dates given are later than those you have quoted.
