Title: Killucan Burial for John Hayes (stonemason)
Post by: grizzly1 on Sunday 22 October 17 17:35 BST (UK)
Hi Im wondering could anyone supply me with info regs the location my great grandfather's John Hayes grave.

I know he died 6 November 1937 and his son Michael was present at death, the address given for Michael was Killucan, I know from census entries that there was a large family of Hayes at Lwr Rathwire Killucan.
My Grandmother left there apprx 1910.

The Hayes were a large family of at least 11.

Seeing that he and his sons were 'Stonemasons', im hoping there may be a headstone which i could visit, but first I must find the burial place, id presume that it was the local graveyard to Rathwire/Killucan.
