Post by: marcie dean on Friday 03 November 17 18:32 GMT (UK): flesher? am I right in thinkin that a flesher is someone who skins the carcassesof their skins ir is that an old fashioned name for a butcher.?

This might explain it for you. Although it depends on where in the country you are I guess. In England it could be a "skinner" but north of the border it means butcher.
