The page range for this quarter is 603-699, the entry you are looking for is 687 which is at the upper end of the range so may have been a registrar attended or register office wedding.
Traditionally, the Anglican parishes are at the lower end of the page range.

On 10 Sep 1893 most of the children inc Nelly appear on school admission register at Hither Green school, Southwark, address was 116 Court Hill road. her dob is given as 10/8/79. Looks like she was registered in Q following her birth, if dob was recorded correctly.
