looking for the parent names for these 2 who was born in  ST. GILES IN THE FIELDS AND ST. GEORGE BLOOMSBURY  Richard power dec 1838 mothers maiden name Nowlin the other one can't see a forename ---- power sep 1838 mothers maiden name starkie

I cannot readily see a baptism for Richard, nor a marriage - London records via Ancestry - for Power and Starkie or Power and Nowlin.

There are 4 Power deaths in the Bloomsbury RD 1838-1840 - have you checked the ages on GRO online?

Richard Power 1 month old was buried Christmas Day 1838 Saint Giles In The Fields.  Address "Church Street"

No info re: parents

Looks like the 2 birth certs are the only way forward

A Walter Power married Hannah Nowlan, 18 Oct 1814, St Botolph Bishopgate.
