I am searching for where I can get further information on the parents of  WILLIAM COLLINS my 9th G Grandfather
Birth 1620 • Hertford, Hertfordshire, England
Death Unknown

and his wife JANE KIDLEY
Birth ABT 1620 • Hertford, Hertfordshire, England
Death 1698 • Willian, Hertfordshire, England

They married on 14 Sep 1647 • St Mary Church, Hertfordshire, , England and had 2 children I have found:
Mary Collins - 9TH GREAT AUNT
Birth 08 DEC 1658 • Walkern, Hertfordshire, England
Death 11 FEB 1720/21 • Walkern, Hertfordshire, England

AND

Richard Collins 8th G Grandfather
Birth 01.11.1663 • Willian, Hertfordshire, England
Death 1711 • Willian, Hertfordshire, England

I can find no records online with mention of parents of William and Jane - I am located in Canada, and am not sure what my next step is.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
