According to the  Bexley, Kent, England, Electoral Registers, 1734-1965 in 1939, which is the last one I can see they were living at 21 Ashen Drive , Dartford.

This looks like your best bet as I can't see any record of their burial on line. Looks as if it will cost £5.

Strange, as she must have died in the Dartford area for her death to be registered there. Your only other option, as far as I can see, would be to get her death certificate and see what address that gives as people are usually buried/cremated in the nearest cemetery, unless there is a family grave elsewhere.

The GRO are doing an online service at the moment for £6 rather than the usual £9.25 for a paper certificate.

No, as it is from the  Electoral Registers, 1734-1965 not the 1939 register (from which we are not allowed to give details on here.)  All it gave was the fact that Lavinia and Frederick were on the electoral register at that address in 1939.

Seems to be Frederick John mummery born oct 1899 margate parents George Frederick and Agnes sister Lizzie. Married Lavinia Froud 1930. Lived in Canterbury with his parents up to at least 1911. There are Royal navy records on line if somebody can look them up for you.

So the chances are that he moved back to Canterbury to be with family after Lavinia died in 1959. If there was a family grave there, Lavinia may be buried there as well.
