Title: Havard brick wall.
Post by: Al in Vane on Wednesday 22 November 17 17:06 GMT (UK)
Can someone help if possible?
I have an Alfred Havard marrying Emily E. Handley in June period 1915 in Kingsbury, Staffs but not sure of his age. Two possibilities, one born in Gloucestershire in 1887 and another in Herefordshire in 1890. I cannot find either in the 1911. Is it a case of me having a 'senior moment'? Not sure but if anyone can perhaps point me on the right road it would be most appreciated.

Buying a copy of the marriage cert will give his age and his fathers name.

one born in Gloucestershire in 1887
  - freebmd shows 1888 and looks like he died 1926 Staffs

No worries - Tamworth itself couldn't make up it's mind whether it was Warwickshire or Staffordshire  ;D
