Title: Robert Webb's settlement 1704
Post by: arny on Wednesday 29 November 17 13:03 GMT (UK)
Robert Webb & family were settled from Bradfield to Brantham just over the river in 1704. Can anyone trace their history for me please.

I think you will need to be a bit more specific arny, and also say what avenues you have already tried.

What was the name of his wife and family?
What other information do you have? - Robert's occupation, marriage etc. Where and when were the children born/baptised?
What other information does it give in the settlement? - why was he sent to Brantham from Bradfield?

All these things would help in any search.

Sadly I have no more info until I can swim to Chelmsford He came up on a list at Seax. A long shot is that he was a blacksmith with a son named Joseph who settled in Lt Oakley years later. I was hoping someone had access to Branthan registers & he would show up.
