Anyone help with the maiden surname of Mary Kelly on this death certificate please?

I'm fairly sure I've read here that Scotland's People will give you a better copy if you ask.

I can only see a Michael and a Mary Clancy on that, I can't see any Mary Kelly.

Yes that's correct, and they are usually very prompt too.
