I am back here for some help after discovering my previous thought for the death date of an ancestor has turned out to be wrong.
There are two Frederick Oliver's registered in the first quarter of 1911, Hull/Sculcoates. The one in bold is my ancestor
Births Mar 1911
Oliver Frederick Hull 9d, 291
Oliver Frederick L Sculcoates 9d, 210
To be completely sure this was him i ordered the PDF of his birth certificate, which gave me the correct parents and said his birth date was 27th November 2010.
I had previously thought this was my ancestor...
Frederick Oliver b 1 Jan 1911 death registered Feb 1988 age 77, Hull RD
Volume: 7 Page: 830
Because of the fact that, one, his birthdate is incorrect now; and two, the 1939 register shows this particular Frederick Oliver with a completely different wife. I am now positive that the previous death date i had was incorrect. (I also have found the correct Frederick Oliver on the 1939 register)
The problem is, i now have no idea when he passed away.
He married his wife Ivy L Hutchinson in 1935, Sculcoates. He is on the 1939 register with her and his daughter (who only passed away in 2010) as a closed record. His daughter was born in 1936.
So all i know is he was alive in 1939, with no more details after that. Can anyone help?

Frederick Ledger Oliver born "about 1910" died Sep qtr 1982 Beverley vol 7 p94.

Ivy Lilian Oliver born 23 Mar 1913 died Jan 1990 Hull 7 1034.

You mention a daughter born in 1936, but presumably you are aware also of the daughter born in 1938 who died in 1985?

Which site are you using to find the death entry in 1982?

Ancestry spells his name as Fredericj at death.
