Hi
I am trying to prove a couple Joshua Wigley and Ann Rouse who married in Belper 1845 are my direct ancestors.
It's a long shot but as anyone on here done their dna who desends from them??? I have mine on ancestry and gedmatch.

GEDMatch has a "search all GEDCOMs" tool (in the Analyse Your Data area on the RHS of home screen). There are a few men by the right name in trees managed by three different people. The dates don't seem to fit with yours but they are in Derbyshire, so very possibly part of the same extended family as your Joshua.
