Hi,
I'm trying to find a military record for my ancestor Alexander Keillor, b. 23 Feb 1798 in Inverkeillor.
According to his death cert, for 23 Dec 1861, he was a Chelsea pensioner. I'd like to know which regiment he served in, etc.

Attestation date 29 May 1812 Age 16 Listed as a Labourer when he joined
Discharge corps - Rl Artillery Drivers
He was a private and served 6 yrs and 284 days including 2 yrs Waterloo Service and discharged as unfit for further service
He was 5 ft 4 with brown hair, hazel eyes and a brown complexion

Thanks for finding info regarding Alexander, and his military record :). I wonder if its possible to find out his service record for his time in the Royal Artillery ?
