Possible death for Fanny Jun 1867 Oxford 3a 370 age 51. This gives yob as 1816 which fits with the 1861 Census.
I can't find either a marriage or any birth regs for the children.

his fathers name on his marriage certificate is Richard, I think that maybe the 1861 census John is not the son of George but his nephew
