??? p. p. Thaddeus Malch? Walch? & Constance Malch? Walch? 

Or perhaps the surname is Walsh?

I'd think the father is meant to be Patricius (Patrick), the mother's name is a mess.

Second sponsor is I think Catherine Walsh. Thaddeus possible is Walsh as well.

Think it would be worth looking for other children to the same couple.
