Title: ancestry hints

hi
    I have recently added a new tree on ancestry and although plenty of info added, no hints are showing up. I have checked that they are switched on.
    I have tried to contact ancestry about this with no success (been waiting 2 days for a reply)

just gone on ancestry and it says undergoing maintenance. Also some people are finding matches for dna have slowed down. Yes they appear to have done so and i'm waiting for some results which seem to be longer than usual and I suspect there's problems. Someone said at the weekend their dna matches are showing unavailable.
