I've just ordered my first pdf from the GRO site. I had to make a new account because my old one was linked to my work email address and I knew I'd be at home over Christmas.
So far so good but I've just realised that although I had emails confirming the creation of the account and one from WorldPay confirming the £6 charge, I never received an email confirming the order so I can't search for it in My Orders.
Should I have received an email confirming the details of the order? As I didn't get one, should I call them?

I don't understand why you cannot search for it .
Sign into the GRO site using the details you used to place the order email address etc.
then give the date of the order I usually use the 1st of the month of the order as a start date and the current date as the end date
It should then show any progress

I thought the COL number was a required field.

When I said previously that I hadn't had an email receipt a kind Rootschatter said it was because after placing my order I didn't press the return to GRO icon or whatever the phrase is. So that's what you have to do to get the email receipt.
