Hi,
The Colemans of Ballybentra were buried at Donegore. There are two flat tablets more or less beside each other – one for the family of John Coleman (c1760-1837) and the other for James Coleman (c1757-1822). Both were of Ballybentra and I’m guessing they were brothers, though I’ve no proof.

On the 8th inst. by the Rev. Samuel Alison, Donegore, Mr Wm. R. Waters, Parkgate, to Jane, eldest daughter of the late Mr James Coleman, Ballybentra.
One of the witnesses to the above marriage was a Samuel Agnew. I think it is probable that Mary Agnew was James Coleman’s first wife. Unfortunately these two Coleman baptisms at 1st Donegore Presbyterian don’t list the mother’s name:
James, son of James Coleman, Ballybentra – baptised 20th Aug 1813
Agnes, daughter of James Coleman, Ballybentra – born 31st Jan 1820, baptised 28th Feb 1820
