He was acquitted and discharged in 1884.

It looks as though he was discharged in Durham in 1892.

Treacherous Employees
John Yarrow & Harry Toger pleaded guilty to the theft of 20 yards of shirting and a case of salmon from the Lancashire & Yorkshire Railway Co in whose employ they were at the time as cellarmen. They were sent to gaol for 6 months.
