Happy new year!!! :)
Am now off to 2018 with a difficult one - am trying to find the parents/family of Mary Jones, my 3rd great grandmother.
I believe that she married Joseph Brellisford in Bagillt in 1827. Her census records show birth in Bagillt.
Her children were Ann, James, William, Mary & Joseph, Elizabeth, Eleanor & Priscilla ( my 2nd great grandmother)
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi
Happy New Year
Mary married Joseph Brellisford on 16th June 1827 in Bagillt. Witnesses were Philip Dephin?and Anne Jones (mark). I can't find a baptism for her in Bagillt as yet but the Ann Jones could be a possible relative. I see her first child was an Ann.

Added - checking through Holywell but quite a few around that time.

On the 1861 (RG9/2649/104/12) she is down as born Holywell.
-
Just about to post same - yet to spot her on the '51 census
-
In '51 she's recorded as Bellisford, age 45 - born Bagillt - tho' the original looks like Billisford
-
Yep seen them - it looks as if they moved from Flintshire in the 1840s.
added - used lots of ****s in the search ;D
