He left the Royal Marines three years earlier.
Now in 1891 he is residing at an inn in his home town with his wife, two sons and daughter, and also two lodgers.

One son is a (http://web.yurgn31.50mail.com/gs2.JPG) - I guess this is shoemaker
The other son is (http://web.yurgn31.50mail.com/gs3.JPG) - something to do with the running the inn?
One of the lodgers is a greengrocer and the other (http://web.yurgn31.50mail.com/gs4.JPG) - a friend from the military? "Army - Private, Marines"?

It's generally easier if we have a bit more text to work with for comparison.
I think the Other son is Man Serv(ant)
I think the last one, is "Army Pensioner"
I can see Publican now someone else has suggested it

I think the occupation originally written for the third one was simply Man Serv(ant).
The word Inn is in different handwriting and has probably been added later by someone going through the census pages and categorizing occupations for statistical purposes.
Before the word Man is the word Dom(estic) which has been crossed out, so it looks like whoever was assessing the occupations originally categorized him as a Domestic Servant before changing his mind.
