Title: 1963 death certificate

I have the reference information from FreeBMD but every time I try to access the GRO to order the certificate I get the pilot site where death certificates end at 1957.

Can anyone point out where I'm going wrong?

You need to select 'Order a certificate'

which takes you here
https://www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/certificates/app_select.asp

As Rosie has said it seems you are accessing the Search the GRO Indexes database rather than the Order a certificate/pdf web page.
