blands: The address is 80 Sandringham road, but underneath it looks like it says 'whitford Tavern'?

Arthur Bland, Skin Sorter (Fur), born London, De Beauvoir Town [or variant spelling - it’s in Hackney]
Joseph Brown, Brother-in-law, Upholster (Cabt), born Kent, Woolwich
Fur and Cabt (= Cabinet) are the occupation classifications, added later by a government clerk.

“Mitford Tavern” refers only to the first household shown, Stevenson, where the head is a licensed victualler (running the pub).
