Is it possible to colour just parts of this please?
I know the little girl’s dress was pale yellow underneath with red net on the top.
And the little boy’s trousers red to match.
If they could be coloured with maybe the basket of flowers that would be wonderful.
Thank you so much.

A try from me, regards, John.

Thank you all so much for the beautiful pictures! :)
It's lovely to see it in colour.
It was at a Congregational church Wiggy. (well, this was in the Sunday school building). Very non-con, so instead of a May Queen, (and all that pagan stuff associated with the Spring!), they used to have a 'Rose Queen' - picked from one of the older girls in the congregation. They then had 'Rose bud' attendants - usually the rest of the girls that weren't picked to be queen. (I can't see how this was any different to the old May Queens!, but the church elders must have rationalised it in their own minds). As these twins were the children of stalwarts of the congregation, they got to be at the front of the procession of the queen and attendants. Serious responsibility at the age of 3 or 4! :)

Ahhhh - I remember reading the Abbey books about May queens etc.
Like the differentiation! ;)
