Title: Can anyone help with translation of a German document?

I wrote to a gentleman in Germany on the off chance he might be able to help me with information on the Kuss family from Furtwangen in the Black Forest, and WoW, did he!
He sent me lots of information, most of which I can slowly translate, but he included a couple of original documents from the 1850s and 1890s, which are quite beyond me. The Gothic script I can't read and the handwriting...... well!  :'(

I'll post the first and longest and hope that someone out there fancies having a go at a little more than 'deciphering'.   ;D

A note attached to it states in German - "The seller: German Kuss Rotenbauer in Schonenbach
The buyer: German Kuss watch dealers in England."

What is he selling to himself and what is Rotenbauer?

This is what I read on the first and second page:


Es hat den 30. April der hiesige Bürger und Landwirth
Altbürgermeister Herman Kuss (seller)
An den hiesigen … Bürger und Handels-
man Herman Kuss (buyer)
folgende Liegenschaften aus seiner Hand verkauft:
Ein Stück Ackerfeld am Bussberg, dasselbe
misst ungefähr 77 … … …
und oben an Verkäufers … und unten an
des Käufers und G… … Ackerfeld
für die Kaufsumme von 250 f
sind zweihundert fünfzig Gulden
…bucheintrag vom 20. Februar 1859

Bedingungen
Der Verkäufer behält sich auf dem Verkauf-
ten Ackerfeld das Ausstehungsrecht mit
seinem … zug bis zum Gartenzaun
des Käufers zur Zeit der Aussaat im Früh.
jahr und Spätjahr vor.
Ferner behält sich Verkäufer das Recht
vor seine Garben, sein Heu und … …
auf dem vom Käufer angelegten Feldweg
von diesem Acker herunter führen zu dürfen
so auch den Dung und Gülle auf diesen Acker
führen zu dürfen.

I have quite a few bits of the jigsaw now and at least have an idea about what it all relates to.
