There is a family tree on Ancestry that had Eliza Turner being born on 20 Dec 1840 in Kingston upon Hull, Yorkshire, UK.

Immigration: James Turner (Father?), 22 Nov 1842. Launceston, Tasmania. Royal Saxon.
(I presume the family all came out at the same time and then moved to S.Aust).

Married Robert Coad 28 Feb 1826.

Married Robert Coad 28 Feb 1826.

1856 not 1826.  Married at Holy Trinity Church, Adelaide.  Names of the fathers of both bride and groom were not recorded on marriage certificates in South Australia until mid 1856

From the Biographical Index of South Australians - excellent resource for researching in SA however the information was gleaned from public records and some has also been submitted by descendants.  There are errors and omissions.

COAD Robert Parents Nicholas and Sarah Jane
Born 12 Jam 1832 CON ENG and died 15 Nov 1913 Strathalbyn SA

Robert COAD's entry on BISA shows he lived at New Hamburg SA.  This MAY be Eliza's sister's marriage born c1843

PARKER Robert  23 years  Status not recorded  Father William Jackson PARKER
TURNER Sarah  17 years  Status not recorded  Father James TURNER
28 Feb 1860
At the residence of James Turner,  New Hamburgh   Str 41/346

Possibly an error with James' wife and Eliza's mother's name on BISA.  All data needs to be checked anyway.

Birth in Tasmania
TURNER Sarah
Father James  Mother Mary Ann DEIGHTON
14 Mar 1843
At Launceston  Reg#1420/1843

And their marriage
http://www.freebmd.org.uk/cgi/search.pl
Marriages Sep 1840
TURNER    James         Sculcoates    22/393
DEIGHTONMary Ann     Sculcoates 22/393

1841 Census  H107/123/2
Living at St James Square, Kingston Upon Hull, Yorkshire
TURNER James  20 years  Lab  Born County
TURNER Mary  20 years    Born County
TURNER Eliza  5 months   Born County

I wonder if this is Eliza's father marrying for the second time and the bride is half his age?  If it is it's unfortunate that his marital status wasn't recorded.  Father's name could be checked with the 1840 marriage cert.  Remember that ages were rounded down the nearest five years on the 1841 census. however I've found some of my ancestor's ages were accurate.

TURNER James  42 years  Status not recorded  Father Robert TURNER
TOWNSEND Mary Ann  21 years  Status not recorded Father William TOWNSEND
28 Oct 1861
At the residence of James Turner, New Hamburgh   Str A 48/125

The South Australian Register  30 Oct 1861
MARRIAGES.
TURNER — TOWNSEND  On the 28th October, at the residence of the bridegroom, by the Rev H Cole, Mr. James Turner, farmer, of New Hamburg, to Miss Anne, second daughter of Mr. William Townsend, of Mitcham.

Possibly you have this info.
