Wondering if it could now be Clyth on the coast north of Lybster. Near Blackness  :-\

My guess would be Cleach.

Neither Cleuch nor Cleach are showing on Scotlands Places in Caithness

The extract is from a parish record of a marriage in Watten, I have checked national library of Scotland maps and Cleach or Cleuch don't show up

However, it could be just the usual meaning of  Cleuch, used by locals for a particular place   that doesn't appear on maps
