The bodies of Sgt. William E McDonald, son of Andrew' K. McDonald, 91 Scholes St. and Pvt James T McLaren son of Robert McLaren, Utrecht Street among those of the 213 Americans who gave there lives as a result of a fight in Korea which are being returned to the United States aboard Lynn Victory which is expected to dock today at the San Fran cisco Port of Embarkation.

Robert Joseph McLaren born 19 August 1929 who passed away 27 April 2005 was the son of Charles McLaren and Mother Nora Kane.  As per the headstone inscription on this link

There are a couple of entries on the New York Death Index that might fit Robert and Nellie.  ???

Robert Mclaren born 1898 passed away 8 September 1963 - Brooklyn, New York. Certificate Number:   18724

IF Nellie went under Ellen McLaren - born 1899  passed away 17 November 1965 - Brooklyn, New York. Certificate Number 22948

The information about ordering the death certificates is here - http://www1.nyc.gov/site/doh/services/death-certificates.page  However, they are only available for certain family members to order.
