He married
Flora Rosemund Anderson Hale January-February-March Qtr 1913 registered Monmouth
Any information regarding the Bride would be most welcome and her family.

James ANDERSON/Alley HALE on same page.
The Birth Regs listed are Anderson with Mothers mn as Hale. (by PaulineJ)
The Census 1901/1911 PaulineJ listed seems to be the Family. Looks like Alexandria Richards, formerly Anderson, nee Hale is the Mother of those children.
1896 Marriage FreeBMD, Alexandra Anderson/Thomas Richards on same page.

Has to be a connection somewhere I just cant find it yet!
There are 2 Birth Reg Monmouth after the 1913 marriage;
Nita R Merry 1913 and Frank H Merry 1914, Mothers mn Anderson.
Nita R is an unusual name and leads back to that other Family?
-
There is also this 1891 Census
Henry Hale, 44
Mary Ann Hale, 37
Robert Price, 22, Brother in Law
Flora Hale, 5, Daug
Henry/Mary Ann married 1892 but I cant find on GRO Index a Birth for a Flora Hale, Mothers mn Price.
Did they take her in?
Looks possible as next door to the Andersons in 1891 are;
Henry Hale 33
Mary Ann Hale 28
Sorry have to log out here as its 1 am and work tomorrow!
Trish :)

What a sad little (and convoluted) story.
I (only) put the 1891/1901/1911 & births for info/elimination because they seemed to be connected (but I couldn't "prove" it). The rest of RC-ers turned up trumps though.
