Title: Cattle Rustling in World War 1
Post by: iwccc on Wednesday 28 February 18 02:01 GMT (UK)
Has anyone heard of cattle rustling in WW1.  This would be after 1915.   British Navy rustling animals to stop the Germans getting hold of them etc.  Any help would be much appreciated.

I believe German submarines entered the sea lochs in the north of Shetland for fresh water & the crofters discovered some of their sheep were missing.  ;D

Skoosh.
