Try as I have, I cannot find the marriage for Patrick Maguire & Anne McCaffrey.
This is the 1911 census
Patrick Maguire Head 50 b Cavan
Annie Maguire Wife 40 b Fermanagh
Rose Maguie Dau 17 b Cavan
Patrick Maguire Son 14 b Cavan
John Maguire Son 11 b Cavan
Ellen Maguire Dau 10 b Cavan
Catherine Maguire Dau 5 b Cavan
Brankhill, Kilconny, Cavan
I also cannot find the births for the 2 eldest children, Rose & Patrick.
On the census it states they were married 18 years, had 8 children, 6 living.
Can anyone else have better luck please?

Have you checked there for Unknown McCaffrey Registrations?

I think Patrick MAGUIRE was the son of Patrick MAGUIRE and Rose CORRIGAN.
As Annie MAGUIRE nee McCAFFREY states she was from Co Fermanagh on both census returns I didn’t look for her in Cavan/Drumlane
The census implies they married c 1892/3. If in her parish it could be anywhere in Fermanagh.

Thanks for all your effort. I suppose it is possible Mary Anne was known as Rose.
Going to check the baptisms you found. Some of the sponsors could be connected.
Their son Patrick born @ 1897 never married & died 1922.

A possible clue is the sponsor Sarah McCaffrey in the 1906 baptism for Catherine Maguire
there is a Sarah aged 10 in Kilsob Co Cavan in 1901 census , if a sponsor is older than 16 in 2006, then other Sarah’s could be a co Fermanagh relative
eg could she be a sister of
1901 census4 in Derryhooly (Crum, Fermanagh)
McCaffrey Patrick 60 Male Head of Family Roman Catholic Co Fermanagh Farmer Cannot read or write - Married -
McCaffrey Mary 52 Female Wife Roman Catholic Co Fermanagh Farmers Wife Read and write - Married -
McCaffrey Sarah 24 Female Daughter Roman Catholic Co Fermanagh Farmer's Daughter Read and write - Not Married -
McCaffrey John 18 Male Son Roman Catholic Co Fermanagh Farmers Son Read and write - Not Married -
McCaffrey Hugh 16 Male Son Roman Catholic Co Fermanagh Farmers Son Read and write - Not Married -
or in same census
McCaffrey Sarah Derryveone Irvinestown Fermanagh 39 F Co Fermanagh W-Mistress in School Roman Catholic Read and write Wife Married
McCaffrey Sarah Gortaree Aghyoule Fermanagh 65 F Co Fermanagh Farmer Roman Catholic Read Head of Family
Don’t give up too quickly people didn’t travel much in those days, Enniskillen inc its civil parish of Rossory civil parish itself boarders with Drumlane Co Cavan the Mc Caffery were to be found in these bordering civil parishes http://www.irishgenealogyhub.com/fermanagh/maps/civil-parishes-of-county-fermanagh.php#.Wppo3Wacapg
and https://www.johngrenham.com/browse/county_civil.php?county=Cavan
that leaves entries many mcCaffrey who might be her parents matching the Cavan civil parishes along the border with Drumlane and Tomregan so the list taken from Griffiths Valuation reduces to and might be too early
Mc Caffery James Blackhill Enniskillen Fermanagh
Mc Caffery Denis Claranagh Enniskillen Fermanagh
Mc Caffrey Patrick Gorahurk Tomregan Fermanagh
Mc Caffrey Hugh Gortahurk Tomregan Fermanagh
Mc Caffrey Patrick Gortahurk Tomregan Fermanagh

Mc Caffrey John Tempo Enniskillen Fermanagh
Mc Caffrey Mary Tonyglaskan Enniskillen Fermanagh
Mc Caffrey Patrick Tullyullagh Enniskillen Fermanagh
Mc Caffrey Philip Tullyullagh Enniskillen Fermanagh
again one could reduce this further knocking out the northern townlands of Enniskillen parish if one could find a townland map if only one could find a parents first name
good luck onwards

I'd say very unlikely. It's a very rural area, where everyone know's everyone. Plus they were strict Catholics.
I'm wondering if the marriage page was 'missed' or not transcribed.

Some parish records are not complete and also some priests were not the best at keeping them!!
