Looking for children of both William Plumb and Blanch Potter
William Plumb who married Blanch May Potter in 1915 possibly lived in Lackford.
William Plumb was born in Moulton in 1882 son of George and Georgina PLUMB
I believe he may have moved to Lackford or Risby c. 1915.
Blanch I believe lived in Risby,no other details on her at all
Many thanks

Hello
Blanche May Potter was born 2.7.1892
and by 1939 was in Thingoe RD Suffolk with son George born 1914.
She died Dec qtr 1982 at Bury st Edmunds, born as I've already said 2.7.1892,and registered Sep qtr at Thingoe.Mother's maiden name Smith.
It seems her parents Alfred Potter and Victoria Rose Smith married at Thingoe Dec 1890.
1901 census Risby Green
Alfred Potter 34 ag lab Risby
Rose 30 Risby
John 9
Blanche 8
Arthur 5
Victoria 3mths
There is supposedly a daughter Daisy Elizabeth born Dec qtr 1909
It looks like Blanche was single when she married and seems to have had no children before that while William may have been married before.
I can see George in 1915 but no more children together.
Are you sure you have the right William Plumb as I can't see a death before 1939 and after 1915 except George W Plumb Sep 1919 age 45 Bury St Edmunds although of course he could have died in WWI?

Hello
Not sure how much I can add for copyright reasons.
There are more details of the family on the 1939 ID card record but I cant post them.
Son George died Dec 1978 at Bury St Edmunds with that birth date of 22 Dec 1914.
His estate was granted the same year as an Admin giving his address as 27 Alexander Way Risby.
No details of next of kin etc.
Not sure if he did marry or not as there are several marriages in the area which could be him.
Can I ask are you one of his descendants?

Thank you so much for all that info. Not a decendant of William/ George, but related to the Potters (his wifes family).
Thanks again
