According to the '41 and '51 censuses, Edward RICHARDS was born ca 1804 in or near Llanfihangel Abergwesyn, parents Thomas and Ann (MORGAN), but I can find no exact date.
Neither can I find an exact date for his father's birth ca 1780.
Can anyone help, please?
