Title: James Timmins

I am trying to find information on James Timmins, he was born on the 5th June 1819 to Edward Timmins and Mary Feeling,  in Ireland do not known where,  he married to unknown person and then married a Hannah Lodge nee Hudson in Stawell in 1860, I have tried searching where he was born and if he had any other sibling but to no vail even tried finding his parents marriage but nothing, can someone able to put me in the right direction or help with this matter

From the Tithe records.
Same chap, townland names near each other.
