A bit cheeky but I am wondering if anyone can give me the bare bones of the Will of John Leighton -
Victualler of Weston -who died in 1795.

looking particularly for any reference to a possible daughter Elizabeth, married to Joseph Dean.

Trying to untangle a very complex web!

Basically he left half his estate to his wife Sarah and the other half to be shared between the children of his sister Katherine Brayfodr, the children being John, James, William, Samuel, Thomas, Joseph, Daniel and Mary. He also left one shilling to Samuel Leighton of Bowsey Wood and the same to Elizabeth Dean of Snape. Sarah Leighton and John Brayford were the Executors.
