On 12 Jun 1866 in (West) Monkton Parish Church, Somerset:
John Fry, widower, Mason, (father: Edward Fry) married Elizabeth Schafer, widow (father John Phippen). Both resident in Monkton, Som.
Elizabeth's spouse, James Schafer died in 1863. They had 5 children (Matilda, Rosina, James, Harriet, Henry Schafer) and lived in Bristol and S Wales 1841/51/61.
Elizabeth (Phippen) was born in Taunton, Somerset in 1802/3. No info. on John Fry.
I've not been able to find census or other records for John & Elizabeth after the wedding. Can anyone help please?

Could Elizabeth be listed in 1871 as Elizabeth Frey(Fry) b 1802 Taunton Somerset Mason's widow living at Creech St Michael with son?? Ell Frey(Fry) age 11

Thanks Kay, that looks very likely. On 'Ancestry' Frey looks like a transcription error for Fry. All the facts seem to fit.

I wonder if this was her husband John Fry a mason b1822 Creech St Michael in 1861 https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:M7XW-XPQ
He had a wife in 1861 but also a son Eli age 3
