I am looking for any information on Sybil who was a 2-y-o "adopted" child living with my great-grandparents in Llandovery according to the 1911 Census.
The name is a mystery to us now.

The General Register Office has the birth registration of a
Sybil Marian Reynolds, June Qtr, Ross (Herefordshire), vol 6a page 455 - mother's maiden name Pugh

(FindMyPast have transcribed her surname as "Adopted" re. the 1911 Census!!)
