Title: Council School, Gwersyllt?
Post by: PaulStaffs on Wednesday 21 March 18 21:58 GMT (UK)
Can anyone point me to details or a photo of what was known as the Council School (I think!) at Gwersyllt, circa 1920-30? I'm not sure if it was located at the site of the present day primary school...

Many thanks,

Paul

It`s on Dodds Lane Gwersyllt. I used to go there. The only other school back then was the Church School which has now gone.
The secondary school Bryn Alyn opened about 1958.

Cheers wilcoxon, at least I'm sure of the location now  :) What was it actually called when you attended?
