Title: Finding grandfather
Post by: ashbrookehistory on Sunday 25 March 18 10:49 BST (UK)
I'm looking for information on a English soldier that came to Australia, sydney ) back in 1937 him and my grandmother had a romance and my mother was a product of it .
She never met him as she was adopted to her grandmother
His name was Robert Anderson
From England ?
A dare say he was in his 20s or early 30s
Any thing would be great
Linda

This could be him going to Australia as a soldier, although looking at the original there is a red line through his name. He would be very young if he was born 1905 though. It does say Tentative Nominal Roll H.M.H.T Hororata.

His Service number? looks like A.A.M.C 21246

Robert Alexander Anderson
