Hello Fellow Roots Chatters.
I wonder if any one can help me.
The above gentleman died on September 13th 1904,he was popularly known as Joe Perry,of The Happy Valley Minstrels. I have found his obituary, and his probate details, but I know that there was also a article about his funeral published, naming people that attended. Unfortunately,my computer crashed last year, and I lost quite a bit of information including this , which is now relevant to my research .
Despite my searching for several days, I have not yet found this article. Can anyone else ? I do know that it exists.
Many Thanks
JeannieR

This might be what you're looking for, in the Llandudno Advertiser and List of Visitors, 17 September 1904, available free of charge through the National Library of Wales site Welsh Newspapers Online:

The details of the funeral are towards the end of the article.

Thank you both, so very much.
That is exactly what I was looking for, and the information in the article has really helped confirm a few things.
I did this research, quite a few years ago, but as we all know, we never finish it really, something else always presents itself.
Thankyou also for the link to ebay. I think I am going to buy the poster, it will be great to have one in the family. The only photo we have is very poor.
I am thrilled to bits !
Thanks again
