Hope the experts can help.
I have been looking for details of my grandparent's burials in Rotorua cemetery and when searching on the cemetery database it comes up with all their details and location in the cemetery but it says no image available. Does this mean there is no headstone. Names are Frederick Howard and Elizabeth Cameron Stevenson.

Yes, there is a headstone (but it appears to be "unphotographed" at this time).
Rotorua Cemetery
Inscription reads > >
"Frederick Howard STEVENSON husband of Elizabeth, father of Nancy, Frederick and the late Linton, died 2 June 1961 - aged 81 years.
AND ... his wife, Elizabeth Cameron STEVENSON, died 9 December 1971, aged 88 years" :
